Summer School Application
2025 Summer School Applications Are Now Open
The classified and certificated summer school applications are available starting Tuesday, April 1, 2025, and must be submitted by Friday, April 18, 2025, at 4:30 p.m. Paper applications will not be accepted. For more information, please read below.
Certificated
Positions are available in:
- Secondary Summer School Programs
- Special Education Extended School Year (ESY)
- Extended Session at College View (including APE)
- Preschool Special Education Program
Application Process:
- Submit applications through the Frontline hiring system. Note that a new account is required, even if you use Frontline for absence management, a new account is required.
- Applications can be saved as a draft and submitted later
- To be considered in the priority pool, applications must be submitted by the deadline
- Applications submitted after the deadline will be considered lowest priority
Priority Deadline: Friday, April 18, 2025, at 4:30 p.m.

The Extended School Year (ESY) program runs from June 16, 2025, through July 22, 2025. Applications must be submitted by April 18, 2025, at 4:30 p.m.
Available Positions:
- Behavior Intervention Assistant (BIA)
- Education Assistant II – Special Education
- Education Assistant – Intensive Support (EAIS)
- Interpreter for the Deaf
- Special Education Assistant (SEA)
- Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA)

- Assignments are based on program needs and work availability
- Priority is given to permanent district employees
- Offers will be made by late May or early June by the Human Resources office.
- Employees must commit to the full assignment
