Annual Student Information Update
All families must complete the update for each student every school year, even if their information has not changed.
During the update, you will:
✓ Review contact and emergency information
✓ Complete the Educational Benefit Form
✓ Review student and medical information
✓ Complete the required district forms

How to Complete Your Update
Step 1: Log in to ParentConnection
Log in to your ParentConnection account. If you need help accessing your login credentials, contact your student’s school.
Step 2: Select “ Annual Student Information Update.”
Once logged in, select “Click here Annual Student Information Update” from the menu
Step 3: Complete the Contact Info Update
Review and complete:
- Educational Benefit Form
- Case Number, if applicable
- Parent/Guardian Contact Information Review
Step 4: Fill out the Student Information Update, which includes the following:
- Student Information Review
- Emergency Contacts Information Review
- Medical Conditions
- Required District Forms
Q ParentConnection
Q ParentConnection gives Glendale Unified families secure access to student information, including grades, attendance, schedules, health information, and more. Families also use ParentConnection each school year to complete the Annual Student Information Update.
ParentConnection Help & Information

- Visit ParentConnection and click “Forgot Your PIN?” or “Forgot Your Password?”
- An email with your personal PIN and/or TEMPORARY PASSWORD will be sent to the email address on file.
- Not sure which email address you shared with GUSD? Visit your school office or the Glendale Unified district office during regular business hours to register/confirm your email address and receive your personal PIN and TEMPORARY PASSWORD.

Log in to ParentConnection and select Email Notifications in the upper-right corner to receive nightly email updates about your student’s school day.

- Contact Information
- Report Cards
- Health and Immunization Information
- District and State Test Scores
- Assignment Grades
- Unofficial Transcripts
