Information about the 2020-2021 School Year Class Schedules

 

CLASS SCHEDULES FOR THE 2020-2021 SCHOOL YEAR 


WELCOME BACK TO SCHOOL NITROS!

 

All students will be able to view their schedule online through Q beginning on Wednesday, August 5th at 8:00 A.M until Thursday, August 6th at 3:00 P.M.


If you would like to request a schedule change, we ask that you email your counselors directly.

Please title your email with the subject line “Schedule Change Request.” Include your full name and student ID number in your email and be clear about the class change you are requesting.

Changes that counselors will make include the following:

You are scheduled in a class that you have already taken and passed.
You have been scheduled in the wrong level for a particular course.
You are scheduled in the same class multiple times.
You are missing a class/period.
You would like to drop or add an honors or Advanced Placement (AP) level course.

Counselors will NOT change schedules to pair students with specific teachers or to switch periods for a particular course. 

After counselors finalize course change requests, your finalized schedule will be available to view only on Q at 6:00pm on August 10th.

And finally, textbook pickup for the new school year has been scheduled for the week of August 11-14. We will send out a detailed call about textbook pickup next week, but you can already find information about textbook pickup under the “announcements” section of our website.

Detailed information like this is much easier to receive and review by email.  If you do not receive our emails please call the school and add your current email address.
