Due to COVID-19 there will NOT be the traditional line up on Monty Lane on the morning of registration.  This year enrollment will be done by appointment ONLY.

To help us make your appointment go smoothly, please make sure to do the following BEFORE your appointment date and time:

• Print or download the GUSD Enrollment Packet
• Complete and sign all forms
• Gather the necessary supporting documents, listed here https://www.gusd.net/Page/14565
• Visit https://q.gusd.net/production/preenrollment to complete Pre-Enrollment and upload all completed forms from the GUSD Enrollment Packet along with all required supporting documents

Please note:

• Enrollment is on a "first come, first serve" basis.
• For capping purposes, the time and date of your appointment will be considered your enrollment "timestamp" in case of any capacity issues.
• Your enrollment will not be considered complete until ALL necessary forms and documents are submitted via Pre-Enrollment link
• We will be unable to "timestamp" your enrollment until these necessary forms and documents are submitted.
