Jostens Cap, Gown, and Graduation Items Drive Through Pick Up - May 20th - Begins at 8am
Hello Falcon Seniors!
Great news!! You caps, gowns, graduation announcements and other items ordered from Jostens are going to be ready for pick up soon at CVHS on Wednesday, May 20th beginning at 8am in Teacher Parking Lot D at the corner of Community and Ramsdell Avenues. Below are the scheduled times for pick up:
Please see map and scheduled times by alpha below. This pick up is designed to follow all social distancing guidelines and for pick up to be by car only. If you cannot make your assigned alpha time - please come at 12:00pm to the Make Up time to get your items. Our Jostens representative will be on hand to help with late orders, order issues, and to help you purchase from stock available.
When you come to campus, you will need to have a piece of paper in your car window with your name on it (Last Name First Please!) and we will retrieve your items and put it in your trunk or back window. All who come to school must be in a car and stay in the car to comply with current health guidelines. If there is an issue with any order - you will be referred to the on site Jostens representative.
If you cannot come by car - please come to the parking lot at 12:00pm during the make up time and we will retrieve items for you safely and put them on a table for pick up which will be safely distant.
