Supply Chain Woes = Menu Substitutions

COVID continues to present challenges in receiving food and supplies from our vendors and is a statewide/nationwide problem.  Link to a letter from the California Department of Education, Director of Nutrition Services Division, which sheds some light on the situation.

We speak to our vendor daily to minimize the changes to our menu.  Unfortunately, based on our many conversations we expect shortages for the rest of the school year.  We know how disappointing it is for our students when they don't get the meal they anticipated.  We will continue to do our best to minimize the substitutions.
