I’d like to welcome you and your child to the 22-23 school year.  I look forward to providing a positive learning environment and encouraging a love of learning for your child this year.  This is my 23rd year in education and twelfth year teaching the "amazing year" of second grade!

 

This year our class theme will highlight how important BEES are to our world. This theme is inspired by the book, Give Bees a Chance, by Bethany Barton. Therefore, it will be a buzzy year of wonderful learning!!

 

I truly enjoy teaching at Mountain and look forward to making many new memories together. Emailing will be the best method of communicating and I will try my best to always return your messages in a timely manner.  You are also always welcome to give me a call after-school, if that may work better for you. 

 

I look forward to our partnership in your child's education to ensure they have a successful second grade year!
