The program provides students with the opportunity to explore career skills in technology, design, filmmaking, cooking, engineering, criminal justice, and entrepreneurship. Students have time to work on homework, explore interests, and participate in physical development activities. "Tech Time" is an opportunity for students to use their cell phones or electronic devices to call home, play a game, or listen to music and is limited to 15 minutes per day.
- Teen Scene is available at all GUSD middle schools.
- The program runs from school dismissal until 6:00 p.m. on school days only.
Middle school students are expected to be responsible for their conduct and whereabouts during program hours. Students must report to the designated program area within 10 minutes of the dismissal bell. Students who fail to report will be counted as absent.
