I was born in Tehran, Iran and was raised in Glendale, California. After earning a Bachelor in Arts from California State University Los Angeles in 2003, I pursued a career in the Arts. I returned to CSULA in 2010 to earn a single subject teaching credential, and again in 2021 to earn a Master of Art in Education Technology. I enjoy the great outdoors and spend my free time hiking, bicycling, and camping. I enjoy being a teacher at Clark Magnet because that role allows me to give back to the community that was instrumental in my development.
