Hello Everyone,

 

My passion is teaching math, and it is great to be a part of the Roosevelt Middle School team. All students can accomplish more than they can imagine. I have been teaching for six years and hope to be a part of this team for years to come. My goal is for all of my students to grow academically and as young people. 

 

I grew up in South Central, Los Angeles where I graduated from Fremont High School in 2006. I went to the University of California, Santa Barbara where I obtained my bachelor degree in mathematics and a minor in math and science education. After tutoring in the Los Angeles area for a year, I returned to UCSB for my masters in teaching.  

 

I am committed to provide every student in my class with the education they deserve. All students can be successful and are capable of accomplishing their dreams.
