    Follett Book Fair:

    Don't miss this year's book fair! The Book Fair takes place the second week of March (2020), and Open House is Thursday night of that week. We need parent volunteers each day of that week! Click the link below and pickthe time you can help, or email Ms. Bratmon, Toll Librarian, at cbratmon@gusd.net and she will assign a time slot right for you.

    Malt Shop Volunteers Needed! 

    Are you looking for a way to participate and volunteer at Toll Middle School?

    The Malt Shop is a safe space run by PTA and Foundation parents where students meet, socialize and/or study after school. It's a great place to volunteer your time, meet new friends, have fun and help the school!
    Would you like to volunteer for a 2-hour shift from 2-4pm on Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday or Friday?

    A bonus item for 8th grade parents: work 5 shifts at the Malt Shop (that’s 10 hours total) and you will receive ONE VIP PROMOTION TICKET when the tickets are available. WOW! (Two ticket limit per family, please.)

    C.H.A.T. (Coffee Hour at Toll) Volunteers, Various Dates available: Toll Foundation sponsors C.H.A.T. (Coffee Hour At Toll) Parent Meetings monthly during the school year with the exception of August, December, May and June this school year (2019-20). These informal gatherings in the Toll Cafeteria provide an open forum in a relaxed setting with the Toll admin team.

    Volunteer today to help set up and/or clean up for a Coffee Hour at Toll (C.H.A.T.).

    Volunteers are needed to help Foundation Hospitality Chair Beate Keim set up/clean up coffee and nibbles for parents. Any questions can be addressed to Beate at beate.keim@hotmail.com.

    As an incentive to come to a C.H.A.T. meeting, all parents who attend are given 2 Titan Bucks. What are Titan Bucks? A type of in-house currency that can be used at the Malt Shop to buy treats after school. The Malt Shop is open Tuesday-Friday from 2pm-4pm. Your child will be VERY glad you came to a C.H.A.T.s meeting!

    Would you like to help in the Parent Office this year?  We need several volunteers who will come in on a regular basis and help with office tasks like double counting deposits, filing, organizing and copying. The most needed day/time is Tuesday mornings.
