GIRLS' SOCCER program

TRYOUTS for the 2019 - 2020 season will be WEDNESDAY-FRIDAY JUNE 12TH-14TH

from 10:00 AM - NOON and MONDAY-TUESDAY JUNE 17TH-18TH from 1:30 - 3:30 PM

at the Glendale Sports Complex.

You will also need cleats, shin guards, and water.

Please be prepared. Print and fill out pages 2-4 of the GUSD Athletic Extra-Curricular Activities Packet (link to the left) to participate in the tryouts. If you answer “Yes” to any of the 15 questions, you MUST “Explain” on the bottom. Page 4 is for your doctor and must be signed AND stamped. You can upload the pages online (see CVHS Athletics Home Page for instructions) or you can print out the pages and bring them to the tryouts.

Returning players are cleared to participate as long as your physical has not expired (Pages 3-4). Please make sure you are cleared to participate before showing up the first day of tryouts.

If you are not cleared, you will not participate.
