Local Control Accountability Plan (LCAP) Committee Update
California's base revenue funding system, which had been in place since the 1970s, is now replaced with the Local Control Funding Formula (LCFF). The LCFF creates base, supplemental, and concentration grants for school districts, replacing previously existing K - 12 funding streams.
