Chic-N-Cheez Mini Pizzas =0)

  • You’ll Need:

    • 2 (4 1/2-inch, 2 1/4-ounce) plain bagels, sliced in halves
    • 1/2 cup marinara sauce
    • 1 cup shredded chicken
    • 1 cup cheese

    Preparation:

    • Preheat broiler.
    • Cut bagels into halves and place cut sides up on baking sheet.
    • Broil 2 minutes or until toasted.
    • Spread 2 tbsp. marinara on cut side of bagel halves.
    • Top with 1/4 cup chicken and sprinkle with cheese.
    • Broil for 2 minutes or until cheese melts.
