Spring Fling

    We're back and with the help of the 6th graders this year, we are combining our efforts for Fiesta and Bootique to bring you the Spring Fling!  There will be booths w/ lots of games, delicious food and our beloved silent auction is back as well.  Fiesta and Bootique have always been a great way for students and family members to get onto campus and witness what makes our school so great.  Looking forward to seeing everyone at Fremont!

     

    Event Details:

    • Location: John C Fremont Elementary (Upper field; entrance on Downing Street)
    • Cost: $5 cash for admission and punch card which includes unlimited games!
    • Food: $1 cash for food and beverages (pizza, nachos, baked goods, soda, water) provided by the current 5th grade class

    Auction will run from Sunday 5/15/2022 5pm till Sunday 5/22/2022 10pm

    Step 1:

    Step 2:  Start bidding or favoriting items you like.

    • Remember that this is a fundraiser and all proceeds go back to Fremont which help fund some amazing programs that the district otherwise does not provide for us.
    • Any bids over the stated value is eligible for a tax deduction/write off.  For example, if an item is valued at $100 and the winning bid is $150, then you will be able to write off the difference which is $50.

     

    Step 3:  Item pickup

    When the auction is completed, if you are the lucky winner of an item you will receive an email with pickup instructions.  If you have a credit card registered to your account then you can pay with that.  If not you can enter your payment info online securely on the website to complete the checkout.

     

     

    Donations (Parents & Businesses):  

    If you can donate or know of someone who might be willing to donate please submit a donation request using the following forms:

     

    • CLICK HERE to download the regular Silent Auction Donation Agreement to donate an item to be auctioned. 

    • CLICK HERE to submit your donation online. 

     

    Classroom Gift baskets: 

    Classroom auction donation forms must be completed by May 6th 2022 and all baskets/items turned in no later than May 13th 2022 (but the sooner the better!). Items may be dropped off in the front office.  Please follow these steps when putting your basket together:

     

    1. Please wrap your basket with cellophane wrap and include a sheet that includes the class name/teacher, name & description of basket and a list of the items included
    2. Download the classroom Silent Auction Donation Agreement HERE.  Please fill out and email a copy to the contacts listed on the form, and print out another copy and attach to the outside of your basket.

    3.  Lastly, fill out the online submission form HERE which will add your basket to the silent auction website.
