National Honor Society

  •         The National Honor Society (NHS) is the nation's premier organization established to
    recognize outstanding high school students. More than just an honor roll, NHS serves to
    honor those students who have demonstrated excellence in the areas of Scholarship,
    Leadership, Service, and Character. These characteristics have been associated with
    membership in the organization since their beginnings in 1921 and 1929. (
    Applications for National Honor Society for the 2018-2019 are officially open!
    Sophomores, Juniors, and Seniors are all welcome to apply. The application deadline
    is Monday, April 15. Please turn them in to the box outside of Mrs. Deitch's
    classroom (room 5207). Please TYPE your applications, DO NOT WRITE BY HAND.
    With your application, please provide evidence that you have a weighted 3.5 GPA or
    higher via a screenshot of your GPA from your student portal. If you need any further
    clarification, you can email NHS President Joseph Jang at, and
