Thomas Edison Elementary School | Advanced Technology Magnet and FLAG Spanish
About Our School
At Thomas Edison Elementary School, students in kindergarten through 6th grade are engaged in a rich and rigorous program of study facilitated by the use of multi-media technology.
Using 21st century technology effectively and throughout all curricular areas enhances and supports high academic achievement for every student. All Edison students use classroom technology and a computer lab for productivity, acceleration of skills, reinforcement of technology lessons, and advanced enrichment.
In addition to full participation in the advanced technology program, students in Edison's FLAG Spanish program participate in a research-based, 90/10 dual immersion program leading to academic and cultural proficiency in both Spanish and English.
