Elementary Before and After School Programs and Pricing

  • If you have difficulty accessing EZChildTrack and/or completing an application, please email us at CDCC@gusd.net with your name, your child’s name, and your child’s school so that we can troubleshoot the issue. It may take us some time to get back to you as we troubleshoot your concerns, but we will honor the date and time of your email in the application process.

     

    This is a new system for us, so please bear with us as we work through getting families access to applications and accounts.

2022-2023 Child Care

  • Child Care programs for 2022-2023 are at capacity. If you need child care for this current school year (2022-2023), please email us at CDCC@gusd.net.

    Children will be added to programs as space becomes available. 

Additional Program Details

    • One time $75.00 registration fee per family applies to all programs (waived for income eligible families)
    • Program capacity is subject to staffing availability
    • Program ratios
      • TK/Kinder Bridge:10 students per 1 staff member
      • Dismissal + 60: 25 students per 1 staff member
      • After School Care: 10 students per 1 staff member (TK/K), 20 students per 1 staff member (grades 1-6)
    • Enrollment Priorities For Child Care

      • Student who qualify for subsidized child care

      • Students who qualify for Expanded Learning Opportunities Program (ELO-P) 

      • Students of GUSD staff members

      • Returning private pay families

      • New private pay families

    • Attendance will be reviewed regularly to maximize participation
    • Child care programming during non-school days is also available throughout the school year for income eligible families as well as for a fee

    Please Note: Fees are charged at a flat monthly rate each month for 10 months (August-May) regardless of the number of days students attend that month. The daily rate for each program is multiplied by 180 school days and divided by 10 months to get the monthly fee for that program.
