Glendale Unified COVID-19 Dashboard
In Glendale Unified School District, we are committed to providing accurate and transparent information regarding COVID-19 cases at our campuses and work locations, while also maintaining student and employee privacy and confidentiality.
Updated Dashboard as of October 4, 2021
Begining September 20, Glendale Unified moved to a Phase II quarantine model. Based on updated guidance from the Los Angeles County Department of Public Health, Glendale Unified no longer quarantines an entire classes of students due to a class exposure. In the Phase II quarantine model, only individuals that came within six feet of a positive case for 15 minutes or more over the course of 24 hours with or without masks will be directed to quarantine. Individuals who are fully vaccinated and individuals who had a laboratory confirmed case of COVID-19 within the past 90 days do not need to quarantine as long as they remain asymptomatic.
The data below represents the number of confirmed active COVID-19 cases among Glendale Unified students and employees at school and district facilities (on site exposures only) both cumulatively from the first day of school (8/18/21) and within the past 10 days post exposure. The data also reflects the current number of students and employees who have been identified as close contacts and directed to quarantine. This data will be updated as new cases are confirmed and after all site-level notifications have been completed.
