You may receive the following message on a Chromebook, "You are not authorized to use this device. Please contact the administrator for sign-in permission."
- Click "Try Again" and then click "Sign in with a different account."
- Users should just click "Sign in with a different account" when the Chromebook is turned on to avoid the error.
- Only GUSD accounts are authorized to sign-in at the login screen.
