Enrollment for Returning GUSD Students

    Every student must have the following completed forms in order to receive a class schedule.


    1. Complete the Free and Reduced Lunch application HERE.
      • Click HERE for information about our lunch programs.
    2. Print out, complete, and return the Student-Parent-Teacher Compact.
    3. Print out and complete the Orientation Items Order Form HERE.
    4. Complete or update the emergency contact verification form.
      1. If you currently have a Parent Portal username and password, please complete the information online here AFTER August 1st.
      2. If you do not currently have access to Parent Portal, print out, complete, and return these forms on Orientation Day:
