  • 2019-2020 Enrollments
Parents are directed to email Vetina at vsarkissian@gusd.net to schedule an enrollment appointment.
The enrollment packet will be scanned to sites.  Please determine who at your site will enter the packet in Q and who will reach out to the family.
Student will need to be assigned to classes in Q.
The family is told the site will contact them with next steps for distance learning.

    2020-2021 Enrollments
Parents are directed to complete pre-enrollment and an enrollment survey.  The pre-enrollment will give us a timestamp and puts them in line for capping purposes.

Parents will get a response that includes links to the pre-enrollment, enrollment documents, and that we will contact them once we have more information about in person enrollment.
The survey will be monitored by Kelly Stubbs.  It will give us an idea of who is waiting to enroll for each site and which grades.  This information will be shared with principals.
Once we know when and where in person enrollments for 2020-21 will take place, we will email these families with the details and a link to schedule an enrollment appointment.   If pre-enrollment has been completed and parents come with the necessary paperwork, enrollment at this point is very quick.
Please encourage families who contact you to complete the survey so we can easily contact them with new enrollment details.
Families who do not have access to complete the online survey are directed to call (818) 241-3111 extension 1283.  We will take their information and add it to the survey responses and assist with completing pre-enrollment.
